COCOON is a more formal area for cross-functional meetings, management meetings, conference calls and training sessions. The conference or board room gives the space for individuals to meet people from other functions and departments or to give presentations to customers and department heads. As the name suggests, COCOON should be private and sound proof. It is also the space where the company can show off its A/V technology and video-conferencing equipment.
